Handstand Conditioning 12/18/20 w/ Reno 🇺🇸

60 minutes of conditioning to foster the strength, balance, flexibility, and endurance needed to balance upside down on your hands. Reno will guide you through various drills and progressions to prep the body for handstands, whether that’s against the wall for support, pressing up with control, or working on the one arm handstand. Get feedback on your alignment and technique so you know what to focus on your personal practice.
Required Props: Wall, blanket or towel for sliding
Suggested Props if you got em: Blocks, exercise bands, ankle weight
All levels. Some Experience Required.
Reno Gorman has been training handstands and hand balancing since 2007. Based out of Sacramento CA, he often teaches and performs acro with The Handstand Nation. Reno’s movement background also includes capoeira, flow arts, yoga, and drumming.
