Solo skills is a broad-reaching movement session that takes into account the fitness needs of bases, flyers and spotters. True to Montreal style, the session is also infused with ‘body puzzles’ to engage your sense of creative exploration. Whether or not you plan to practice partner-based movement in the future, you will reap benefits from moving with Heidi Blais, an experienced and talented teacher, who takes your individual needs into account.
