Come to this class to feel juicy in your skin, muscles and bones. Sasa will focus on dynamic stretching, joint stability, and shock absorption to build your body’s resilience and capabilities. The goal is to work your range of motion, to reduce pain and tension, and to feel radiant, charged up, and ready to move openly!
All levels. Some experience required.
