Michael has been practicing Acroyoga for 8 years and has taught in the United States, New Zealand, and Finland. With a background in personal training and biomechanics, his training methods are progressive, comprehensive, and safe. The connection between partners in Acroyoga is what keeps him inspired. To him, it is an art and a sport that everybody can do to express themselves, connect with a community, and have fun being creative.
